At Psychopathic Vault, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please note that certain limited edition drops and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our vault, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
